Where do you ship? We ship all items worldwide!

What is your return policy? All sales are final. Ensure you are fully committed to an item when purchasing- we will not honour returns if you have a change of heart. Please contact us directly via email (info@rosemilkresin.com) or Instagram DM (@rosemilkresin) if an item you ordered arrived damaged or if you feel an item you received was not accurately described. Send us your order number, photo of the damaged item with packing materials, and photo of the outside of the package it was shipped in. Once package is delivered you have 2 weeks to report damages. We can not be held accountable for packages that are unopened beyond the 2 week period. Please keep in mind that all orders are handmade and one of a kind, therefore will not be all identical.

When will my order arrive? We ship items out 3-7 business days after purchase. Typically your package will arrive 2-7 business days after it is shipped. International orders outside of Australia can sometimes take up to 14 days to deliver. Keep in mind we are a very small team and do our best to make and fulfil all orders as fast as possible.

Do you allow order pick ups? If you are based in Perth, Western Australia, feel free to DM us on Instagram (@rosemilkresin) or send us an email (info@rosemilkresin.com) and in some cases we may be able to accommodate pick ups.

Why are your Limited edition hustler trays so expensive? All of our Hustler trays are handmade using collectors edition Hustler cards (I’m sure you can imagine these can be quite hard to find). Each tray takes a couple of days to make by hand and because there is only one of each card, they cannot be replicated. Think of it as having something that no one else has, a one of a kind piece if you may.

Can you do holds? Unfortunately we cannot place holds. Items are first come, first serve. Placing an item in your cart to checkout does not hold it and is subject to another person purchasing. No item is considered sold until paid for.
